One topic. One working document. Your team ships.
PackCraft is a content production system for small marketing teams. One input creates publication-ready copy for every platform, a slide-by-slide brief for your designer, a scene-by-scene video script, and the execution checklist that holds it all together. Why content breaks in small teams
The draft is not the problem. What happens after the draft is the problem.
of every hour is lost waiting on decisions
of content requests take over a week to complete
of marketing spend burns on weak briefs and rework
Sources: Forrester, "The Hidden Cost of Creative Production"; BetterBriefs, "The Great Brief Alignment Study"
You have the topic. You have the draft. But the designer is still waiting on specs, the video has not been shot, revisions keep looping , and you are explaining the brand for the third time this month.
This is not a generic AI draft
Text is cheap now. The expensive work starts after the text.
- One working document for every platform
- 10,000+ word brand knowledge base locked in
- Your team starts from signal, not from zero
Who actually does the work
Your people do. PackCraft gives them the execution layer they are missing.
Social media manager
gets publication copy, hashtags, and posting logic.
Designer
gets a clear visual brief with hex codes and layout.
Videographer
gets a scene-by-scene script with two variants.
Marketing lead
gets the sequence, review gates, and handoff.
What it looks like in practice
PackCraft runs inside a chat window you already use. Slack or Telegram, your choice. Six commands. Each one closes its part of the work.
Your team on Slack? Delivery works there too — available on request.
- /copy
- Copy and publishing logic for every platform
- Stop rewriting the same idea five times
- URL
- Parse a product page into a brief
- No more manual brief rewrites
- Voice
- Same task, but as a voice note
- Drop the brief on the move
- /plan
- Monthly content calendar
- Stop planning week by week
- /win
- System remembers what worked
- The next pack is sharper than the last
- /lose
- Fewer rounds of revisions
- System corrects what did not land
The system learns from every pack. More feedback now means fewer manual fixes later.
How the pilot works
From first look to approved packs in four weeks.
The packs we produce during the pilot are yours. Publish them, use them, keep them — regardless of whether you continue.
What setup gives you
After the pilot, PackCraft becomes part of your monthly production rhythm.
Brand logic locked in
Tone, audience, approved phrasing, restrictions, visual rules. All in one knowledge base.
Short start
A short intake form is enough. No heavy implementation, no lengthy onboarding.
People change, brand holds
When someone on the team leaves, the brand does not restart from zero.
Multilingual if you need it
Output in multiple languages without rebuilding each pack by hand.
One package. Three stages.
No long-term contract. Predictable and direct.
A full-time marketing hire in a major Western city runs around $8,500 a month, before benefits. ChatGPT at $20 gives you draft text, not an execution layer. PackCraft sits between: a production system at $1,500 a month that your current team can run from day one.

Common questions from marketing leads and founders
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT helps with a draft. PackCraft gives your team the execution layer ChatGPT does not: platform copy, designer brief, video script, checklist, and brand memory, all in one working document.
We already have a social media manager and freelancers. Why do we need this?
PackCraft does not replace them. It removes re-explaining, fuzzy handoffs, and the manual coordination that surrounds their work.
Can agencies use PackCraft for their clients?
Yes — and this is a separate use case with its own pricing. PackCraft runs per client, white-label, under your agency brand. Your client sees your work. You keep the margin. See how it works for agencies →
What if the tone is off? What if it sounds like generic AI?
During setup we build a 10,000+ word brand knowledge base: tone, approved phrasing, restrictions, audience. The system does not invent your voice from scratch. It works inside the rules you set. The /win and /lose commands after each pack refine future output.
What stays under our control?
Everything. Final review, publishing decisions, brand logic. PackCraft delivers working materials. Your team decides what ships and what does not.
What happens when someone on the team changes?
Nothing critical. The brand knowledge base stays in the system. The new person gets the same materials in the same format. The brand does not restart from zero.
Who is this not for?
If you have no team at all and do everything yourself, with no designer, no social media person, and no freelancers, PackCraft will produce materials but nobody will execute them. The system works best where people already exist but the structure between them is missing.
Is setup difficult? How long does it take?
No. A short intake form is enough to start. The pilot takes about 3 to 4 hours of your time over 4 weeks. Setup begins right after the pilot.
What if the output does not fit?
That is what the pilot is for. You see 3 to 5 packs on real tasks before making a decision. The $500 pilot fee is credited to setup if you continue. If you decide not to, there is nothing else to pay.
Which platforms are supported?
PackCraft supports 15 platforms: Instagram (feed, Stories, Reels), Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads, and others. We configure up to 8 of your choice per pack.
Can it work in more than one language?
Yes. Multilingual output is configured during setup, with no manual rebuild for each pack.
Is this a subscription? Can we cancel?
After the pilot and setup, PackCraft runs as a monthly system at $1,500 a month. No long-term contract. If the system does not work for you, you stop.
WHO BUILT THIS
PackCraft was built by Taras Kopytko — 25 years in marketing, three agencies founded, former president of the Direct Marketing Association.
Built this because he needed it and could not find it anywhere. The system running content production for Mishami is the same system you are looking at now.
Start small.
See how it works. Then decide.
