Most agencies deliver good work. And lose money doing it.

Your agency just won
a client you cannot
afford to screw up.

PackCraft becomes the production layer your agency is missing. One topic per client, one structured document per role. Your team executes. Your client never knows how.

No setup fee. No subscription. One real client first.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Not for media-buying shops, solo freelancers, or enterprise procurement teams.

You are not short on talent. You are short on structure.

Most margin leakage does not come from client churn. It comes from hours nobody charges for.

57%

of agencies lose $1,000-5,000/month on work they completed but could not bill for

78%

of marketers think their briefs are clear. Only 5% of agencies agree.

33%

of a creative team's day goes to actual work. The rest: coordination and re-explaining.

Monday morning

Designer asks for the brief again. Account manager sent it last week. To the wrong channel.

Wednesday review

Client says the tone is off. The copywriter who set it left two months ago. Nobody documented it.

Thursday deadline

Video is not shot. Script was in a Google Doc somewhere. Designer still waiting on the layout.

Friday close

You did the work. You cannot bill three hours of coordination. It happens every week.

The economics change before the team changes.

Your client relationship stays where it is. The delivery cost underneath changes.

REVIEW

Manager

Checks sequence, QA gates, and final handoff. One document, not a chat thread.

Works inside your existing workflow. Telegram by default. Slack delivery available on request.

Not another AI draft.

A prompt gives you text. PackCraft gives your team a delivery document every role can execute from.

PROMPTS + MANUAL HANDOFF

  • Text output, not a delivery document
  • Re-briefing required every session
  • No cross-role structure
  • Brand context lives in chat history
  • Your client feels the generic output

PACKCRAFT

  • Full production pack per topic
  • Brand memory stays in the system
  • Role-ready output for every team member
  • White-label, your agency stays in front
  • Structured enough to survive a team change

That is why agencies use PackCraft as their delivery layer, not their AI tool.

Your agency stays in front. Your brand knowledge stays in the system.

Two things that matter to every agency. Both protected.

CONTROL

  • Your agency stays front and center

The client sees your name. PackCraft is never visible.

  • Final review stays with your team

Nothing reaches your client without your sign-off.

  • Client relationships stay yours

We never contact your clients. Their data stays yours.

CONTINUITY

The average account manager and copywriter stays at any job for 2.7 years. Every time someone leaves, the client's brief history, approved phrasing, and tone logic leaves with them.

PackCraft keeps the brand knowledge base per client in the system. Permanent. When someone new joins, they start from a structured document, not memory.

When top talent leaves, you do not just lose an employee. You lose history, context, and a trusted advisor.

Questions

Will my clients find out PackCraft is involved?

No. We work inside your delivery layer. Your client sees your agency name, your documents, your review process. PackCraft is not visible at any stage. We deliver everything to you - your client never interacts with us.

How do you preserve each client's brand voice?

During onboarding we build a brand knowledge base per client: tone, approved phrasing, restrictions, audience, visual rules. The system works inside the rules you set.

What if the output does not fit?

That is what the pilot is for. Three to five packs on real tasks before any commitment. If something is off, we adjust. If it still does not work, we stop. No charge.

How long does onboarding actually take?

A 20-minute call. We collect brand basics, active platforms, and one topic for the first pack. Your account team already has all of this. First pack within 24 hours.

Can we pause or cancel?

After the minimum term of 6 months, yes. Per-client pause is available. We do not lock you in beyond the initial commitment.

How is this different from Design Pickle or Superside?

They are design-only or creative subscriptions with flat agency pricing. PackCraft produces a full production pack from one topic: copy, visual brief, video script, checklist, monthly plan, paid creative briefs. Per active client. White-label.

Keep pricing. Keep the client. Test the delivery layer underneath before changing anything else.

No setup fee. No subscription. Three to five packs. You decide.
